Mission and Goals: The Land Use, Roads and Infrastructure Standing Committee is responsible to develop, review and modify on a regular basis the long- and short-term policies and procedures for the conservation and disposition of Association owned land, road maintenance/ownership and the development/maintenance of all structure, bridges, dam, etc.

Note on passways: The Lake Harwinton Association currently maintains approximately one mile of passways which provide access to members' properties. Passway condition is reviewed in the spring after the ground has thawed and repairs are carried out after budget approval. If you see a passway condition which may require emergency repairs, please contact the Roads Committee via the Contact Us feature of our website.
